Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Flowfield application and services (the "Service") operated by Roberti Sportics B.V. ("we," "us," or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service and to agree to these Terms.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Fees: Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select.
Billing: We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to bill you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Stripe in addition to these Terms.
Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the renewal date.

By continuing to use Flowfield during the BETA period, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, if you access premium digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@flowfieldsports.com within the 14-day period.
Your Content: You are solely responsible for the tactical maps, formations, and all other content that you create, upload, or share on the Service ("User Content").

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Roberti Sportics B.V. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Flowfield Sports is a tactical training tool. The strategies, formations, and any information generated through the Service are for informational purposes only.
Roberti Sportics B.V. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content and is not responsible for the outcome of any game, training session, or decision made in reliance on the Service.
You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Roberti Sportics B.V., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect through email notification, in-app notification, or notice on our website.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
